Sugar Cookies

Super Soft Sugar Cookies

I got this recipe from the Crisco container. I was really surprised how soft and moist they turned out. I don't really cook with Crisco a lot. Some of my cookies have came out a little flat, so I decided to give crisco a try. I think they came out perfect.

Definetly something I would make again.

Crisco Recipe

1/2 c. Butter flavored Crisco
1 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. milk

Cream Crisco, sugar, egg and extract.
Add combined dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Chill 1 hour.

Roll into balls and flatten onto a cookie sheet

Bake at 400 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes
